Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

Because services are reserved for you, we request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment no less than 48 hours in advance. We often have other guests waiting on a waiting list for an earlier appointment date. We understand that occasional missed appointments may happen due to unavoidable circumstances. However, the final decision for our policies will be enforced by First Impressions Salon and Spa management.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: to charge the credit card on file at least 50% of the scheduled service price when cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours or no shows may be charged the full service amount.

Reservation Policy

In order to reserve your appointment at First Impressions Salon and Spa you will be required to have a credit card on file. Your credit card kept on file will be charged in the instance our cancellation and reschedule policy is not honored.

Credit and Debit Card Policy

Due to the increase in credit and debit card service fees we will be charging a surcharge for any payments made by credit and debit cards effective March 1, 2023

Appointment Arrival Time

Because we are typically scheduled back to back with services it is very important that you arrive at or before your appointment time. For new guests getting massages, eyelash extensions and facials we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork.
